1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your order before we have started working on your documents, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Inaccuracy on Our Part: If an error is made in the document preparation due to a fault on our end, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Once we have started working on your documents, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or if you decide the services are no longer needed.
- Client-Provided Errors: We cannot offer refunds if inaccuracies occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Completed Services: Once a document has been completed and delivered, it is considered a finished service, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 business days of your order or the delivery of your documents. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
